Woman Beater Sentenced
Chris Brown and his lawyer requested that his sentencing for beating Rihanna be pushed up from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon (today). This had come after the sentencing that was already postponed earlier this month when the "judge learned that authorities in Virginia, where Brown wants to serve probation, hadn't yet agreed to a probation plan." A judge has just sentenced Brown to five years' probation and six months of physical labor including cleaning up grafiti and washing cars. Also he has to attend an anger management program. Brown was also warned he could be sent to state prison if he violated any terms of his sentence for the next five years.

Cops Called To Moaklers House
Travis Barker was asked by the cops to leave the home of his ex-wife Shanna Moakler's on Monday in Rhode Island. According to PH.com the argument was over a nanny Travis wanted to stay with the kids while they were with their mom, which Shanna refused. On the other hand Travis's Twitter page has a different story. Travis explains:"Would u leave your kids at a house where a child molesters(Rick Sinnott) car was present? Me neither. The REAL reason the cops were involved yesterday."Along with the Tweet was a picture of Rick's license plate, acting as proof that Rick was at the house when Travis arrived. Child Molester?heres the story: Rick Sinnott is Shanna's uncle, and alleged convicted child molester according to Travis, and Barker has made it clear he doesn't want his kids in the presence of this man. Shanna has denied that he is a child-molester.


Shia Getting Hot With Co-Star?
Shia LaBoeof is macking on his new Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps co-star, Carey Mulligan.The pair were seen "kissing and cuddling" Sunday afternoon at West Village eatery Extra Virgin in NYC. The hot young couple tried to stay low key, but when they were finally discovered, Carey tried to hide her face.

On Monday, Britney Spears took to her Twitter account to announce they were giving away a couple of free front row tickets to her concert that night.Well she speaks the truth! Two lucky fans won front-row seats to her show at Madison Square Garden. Spears began the hints on her Twitter page, at first being vague, but then slowly revealing just where she was hiding. According to Britney, her clues went as follows:

As the show enters its 13th season, The View is growing bigger. The daytime talk show has booked some big names as guest hosts while Elizabeth is out on maternity leave. LaToya Jackson, Victoria Beckham and Kathy Griffin will all be in on the hot topics as of September.


And The Crown Of Miss Universe Goes To...
18-year-old, Stefania Fernandez AKA Miss Venezuela. The 2009 win marks the second time Venezuela has won the title in a row and just the sixth time overall. Last year, Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza won the crown. All Fernandez had to say when asked about the title was "What do we Venezuelans have? That we are ourselves." The other top-five finalists included runner-up Miss Dominican Republic Ada Aimee de la Cruz; followed by Miss Kosovo, Droga Ganusha; Miss Australia, Rachael Finch; and Miss Puerto Rico, Mayra Matos Perez.
The other drama that night was when former Miss Universe Dayana dropped the crown while placing it on the new owner.

Heidi Montag took the stage at the Miss Universe pagent on Sunday to perform her new single Body Language in a tan sequined bra and tan skin tight pants, the outfit was reminiscent of Spears's 2000 MTV VMA performance. Yes the Infamous one with the tan outfit that caused all that hype. The aspiring popstar wants to draw the "comparison", as Heidi told Access Hollywood: "I grew up watching Britney Spears. That's someone I inspire to be, you know, like, career wise. I think the world is ready for the next pop star and I'm ready to be the next pop galaxy, so here we go."

Kiss Is Back For 35!
2009 marks the 35th anniversary of legendary rockers KISS,According to PH.com the band is hitting the road in celebration! The more than 40-date KISS Alive 35 tour will kick off in Detroit on September 25th, hitting all the major cities leading up to to the band's final date in Dallas, TX, on December 4th, with Buckcherry as the opening act. The Detroit Rock City legends promise a new stage show with all new costumes and special effects that only the "hottest band in the world" could deliver. Says frontman Gene Simmons: "For 35 years, KISS raised the bar for what a rock concert should really be. This year is no different - all new, all killer… all KISS! The master's class in rock is in session! KISS rules. Oh yeah!"

Ryan Jenkins Found Dead
According to People.com the search for killer Ryan Kenkins was found dead in his hotel room at Thunderbird Motel in Hope, British Columbia, near Vancouver.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Federal Border Integrity Unit say it's believed the 32-year-old, who is a native of Canada, took his own life. "We aren't releasing that cause of death at this time," Sgt. Duncan Pound tells people mag. "What we're prepared to say is that the preliminary evidence at this time appears to be a suicide." Police also say he was found by hotel staff and was identified by fingerprints.
Ryan murdered his ex wife Jasmine Fiore a former model, cut off all ten fingers and pulled out all of her teeth and stuffed her in a suitcase. Her dismembered body was identified by her serial numbers on her breast implants.

Actress Milla Jovovich wed longtime partner, British director Paul Anderson, at their home in Beverly Hills on Saturday . According to PH.com the ceremony was small, around 50 guests attended. Their daughter Ever Gabo reportedly comvinced her parents to finally tie the knot after a six year engagement.


Theives Sentensed!
The men who stole the memory stick with photos of Prince William and girlfriend Kate Middleton on vacation have been sentenced with 100 hours of community service as well as $200 in court fees.
Charlie Ewins and Leon Sesay, who claimed to have found the memory stick "in a gutter", were offered over $40,000 by UK tabloid The Sun for the snapshots in August of 2008.
When the thrives demanded double for the pics from the royal vacation on a Caribbean island, the folks at The Sun reported the thieves to the police. "You are essentially fools for whom things have spiralled out of control," stated the legal counsel during last week's trial.

\Problems For Playboy
Hugh Hefner's ex-wife and mother of his two songs, Kimberly Conrad is suing her former husband for over $5 mil! Although Conrad and Hef were never legally divorced, Hugh agreed to a prenuptial agreement which has been giving money to Kim for years now and allowed the former Mrs. Hefner to reside in the house next to the infamous Playboy mansion with their two sons for the past 10 years. Hef decided to put Conrad's house on the market this year and threw the prenup out the window, telling Kimberly that she had nine months to vacate the premises. Conrad is now suing Hef for more than $5 million for breaking the amendment added to the prenup after the separation.


Kobe Bryant + Housekeeper = Lawsuit
Kobe Bryant's former housekeeper Maria Jimenez has slapped Bryant and his wife with a major lawsuit! But the Bryant's have filed legal papers calling their former employee out.
Jimenez has filed a suit against her former employers stating Kobe's wife Vanessa was "incredibly abusive and disrespectful" to her, constantly screaming at Jiminez and even making her "put her hand in a bag of dog feces to retrieve a tag from her blouse."
In the legal documents filed with the court, Bryant says Jimenez's allegations are completely false, they state that they paid their former housekeeper $50k a year, "lavished her with gifts" and gave her paid vacation time to visit her family in Peru.


Great News For Twilight Fans
Recently casted Boo Boo Stewart who is playing Seth Clearwater, the youngest boy in the werewolf pack ha spilled the beans in a recent interview that as far as he knows, the big wigs are planning on five total Twilight movies. So three more after New Moon comes out.
With only four books, that suggests two options. The more likely option is that the final novel, Breaking Dawn, will be turned into two films, something that author, Stephenie Meyer has suggested. The second, more exciting option, could be that a whole new story may be in the works for another film/book.

According to PH.com reality star Brody Jenner was hospitalized Friday morning hor his appendix. A source says "they had to operate on Brody this morning.
And all of this happened on Jenner's 26th birthday. The source adds that he is surrounded by his mother, brother, manager, girlfriend and loved ones.


Kristen Stewart's New Role.
Kristen Stewart has signed on to a new role Welcome to The Rileys in which she plays Mallory, a young lap dancer and prostitue witch according to PH.com has many nude scenes. Stewart talks about it in an interview:“It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see and now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see "Bella" in this stripper movie; it’ll be crazy!’” She said adding, “Working with James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo, who is just incredible, was the most fruitful life-changing experience on a movie that I’ve ever had. Kristen continued, “It was just the hardest subject matter I’ve ever had to deal with — I play a very broken young girl who is a runaway. She’s a street kid. She’s working in a strip club and James Gandolfini’s character is just as dead inside as she is — and they wake each other up.”


Gene Simmons: Kiss, Now Movies??
Gene Simmons has signed on to voice the title character in the upcoming animated flick The Wolf Man. The film also stars Anthony Hopkins and Benecio Del Toro. Simmons says "The original Wolfman starred Lon Chaney Jr., son of the legendary Lon Chaney Sr. Chaney Sr. was called Man Of 1,000 Faces, and for me was a pivotal figure in my childhood," explained Simmons. "So much so, that I wrote a song called Man of 1,000 Faces on my 1978 solo album, and my production company was also called Man of 1,000 Faces in homage to Chaney."

The execs over at Saturday Night Live want the Transformers star to host the season premiere of SNL next month on September 26th, and she will! An insider says: "Megan is psyched to have gotten this opportunity. She has a lot of surprises in store for the audience. Bastards Scoring Big!
Get your mind out of the gutter, Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds is expected to bring in $35 million at the U.S. box office sales over the course of the weekend, according PH.com. This will save The Weinstein Company (production company for Bastards) from sliding into bankruptcy!
Critics anticipated the film, starring Brad Pitt, to tank at the box office considering Tarantino's last film, Grindhouse was a total flop and Basterds was less-than-well received at this year's Cannes Film Festival.

JoJo's Blogging About Her Drama
JoJo will be suing her record label, Da Family Entertainment, to be let out of her contract + $500k in damages for putting her in "musical limbo," so to say.
Da Family Entertainment has refused to release her from her contract, but won't let the her put out a new album.
JoJo has taken it to her offical blog to discuss the matters and clear up any rumors floating around.

"When I sat down to write this blog I turned on one of my favorite albums, Jill Scott's "Who is Jill Scott?", thinking it might mellow me out, calm me down, and give me the focus to articulate all that I want to say. After all, for me, music has the power to change my mood and help me through every time in my life. Music can/will/has/does make me happy/sad/mad/passionate/energetic/etc. Music is my life. The thought of not being able to express myself through music is devastating to me!

Recently I had to make one of the toughest decisions in my career thus far. It's a long drawn out story, but I wont bore you with all the gory details… lol.

For the past year and a half I've been diligently cooperating with my record label(s) so I can have the opportunity to continue with my career and do what I love the most; create music and sing. I've been a patient team player and have done everything that was asked and/or expected of me. As you may already know, my record company has been going through a major transition and unfortunately all of the artists on the label have been forced to sit on the sidelines and wait. I exhausted every option and exercised much patience before reaching my final decision to file a formal complaint with the court.

My situation is a bit a-typical. It is not a case where the artist loves the material they are making, is set in his or her ways, will not take direction or advice, and will not cooperate with the label. This is NOT the case at all. I've been blessed to receive great feedback from the record company in response to the music I've been delivering. But unfortunately I have become a victim of industry politics that honestly have nothing to do with me personally or professionally. Because of this, I am willing to fight for what I love and ultimately for the chance to regain control of my livelihood and my life.

I cant wait for the day when I can share the music that me and the album's contributors have created. I am so anxious to get back to what really matters. I didn't get into this industry for anything else other than my absolute passion for and love of MUSIC. At 12 years old when my mom and I signed the contracts, I could never have imagined that there would be so many other, far less attractive aspects to this business. However, at the end of the day I hold no animosity towards my record company(s). I learned from an early age that this is a business and it is NOT personal.

I love and appreciate every single person who has stuck by me and supported me through these trying times, particularly my fans. I love you guys so much and I couldn't get through this without you. As I've mentioned in previous blogs, I really look forward to speaking more candidly about this time in my life and most importantly, delivering the music that has taken such a long time to come out. I will not rest until my goals are actualized.

New Interview Surfaces, Lennon Bashes Beatles!
The Beatles are arguably the greatest band to ever live, but the secret behind their split has never been fully understood and for years has been very hush hush, until now. A previously unreleased audio interview with Rolling Stone with band member John Lennon has now surfaced, and it reveals tension between him and Paul McCartney. In the interview, John comments on feeling "sick" over selling out as a band as well as being "fed up" playing sidekick to Paul McCartney and that feeling was mutual for Ringo Starr and George Harrison. John also had a problem on how his band-mates treated his wife, Yoko Ono. He said, "They despised her… It seemed I had to be happily married to them or Yoko, and I chose Yoko…George insulted her right to her face and I didn't hit him, I don't know why. Ringo (Starr) was alright but the other two really gave it to us. I'll never forgive 'em." But ultimately, Lennon suggests the Beatles break-up was a long time coming. According to his father, Joe Jackson,Michael Jackson's burial has been pushed back two days to August 31st. Apparently, the family needs to "get things in order" before he is laid to rest.


David Cop-a-feel Speaks Out!
It took two years, but David Copperfield's people are finally speaking out about the rape allegations. Don't know the story well, in 2007 a Seattle woman who claimed the magician raped her while she was vacationing on a private island the Bahamas. Many claimed the serious allegations were false and Copperfield and his attorneys were said to have been fully cooperating with authorities. But according to PH.com the lady is back and David and his people have had enough. So a website has just launched, CopperFieldSetsTheRecordStraight.com, and in it they're exposing the woman for what they think she is, a lair.


Meagan Wants A Millionaire Killer!
Ryan Alexander Jenkins, the VH1 reality star on Meagan Want's a Millionaire and former husband of murdered Jasmine Fiore. According to murcurynews.com the nude body of 28-year-old Fiore, a former swimsuit model and coordinator of Playboy's "Girls of Golf," was found Saturday in a trash bin behind a Buena Park apartment complex, police in that Orange County city said. Authorities also said Preliminary autopsy results indicate she was strangled. Thursday afternoon, Buena Park Police held a press conference and revealed a horrific detail on the murder, that Fiore's fingers and teeth had been removed before she was stuffed into a 2-foot by 3-foot gray suitcase. Sgt. Shawn Morgan said he could not comment on whether that was done before or after her death. As of 4:45 p.m., he said Jenkins was not in custody. "He is considered armed and dangerous at this point in time," Morgan said.

Even though it's a year away Oprah Winfrey is planning her 10th anniversary of O Mag. And to Oprah it's go big, or go home she's having this big blow out in May at the Radio City Music Hall and there is talk that the media will close down part of the West Side Highway for a charity event.
My Take: what is she planning that they have to close down a highway in NYC?!

Nickelodeon Theme Park In The Works!
According to PH.com, Nickelodeon has partnered up with Southern Star Amusement and the city of New Orleans to create their first ever water theme park called Nickelodeon Universe New Orleans. Southern Star will construct the park with brands licensed from Nickelodeon. Looks like they'll have characters from some of their top shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer throughout the park. There will also be rides, characters in costumes, games, food, shops and more. The water park will actually take up 65 acres and a spot that was formerly Six Flags. Construction is set to begin later this year, and they're hoping to open their doors by the end of 2010.

Twins Called Mommy And Kate Called Cops.
Last week, we reported that Kate Gosselin called the cops after arriving at her shared Pennsylvania home with Jon Gosselin and was denied entry.The vague story that Jon told to his friends and the paparazzi was that, Kate had a problem with Jon and the babysitter, Stephanie Santoro, and he pretty much told her to butt out. Well, turns out according to perezhilton.com their two oldest daughters twins Mady and Cara called mommy for help. Allegedly they were very uncomfortable with how "touchy-feely" their father was getting with the babysitter, so they called their mom in a panic to help them. That's when Kate rushed to the house and Jon wouldn't let her in, which sparked the angry feud involving the cops.


Sarah Pailin Know About This
Remember Bristol Palin's boyfriend Levi Jonston? Well his mother Sherry pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver prescription painkillers on Wednesday. Levi's mom will be sentenced in November, but her plea deal calls for five years in prision.
Authorities say she recieved OxyContin in the mail and sold 10 to a police inforrmant on three occasions last year. The reason she had them? she clames she suffers chronic pain due to prior surgeries.


R.I.P Don Hewett
Legendary newsman and creator of 60 Minutes, Don Hewitt passed away on Wednesday. The 86-year-old was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer after his doctor found a small, contained tumor earlier this year.
During Hewitt's 50-year career, he picked up 73 Emmys, 13 DuPont/Columbia University Awards and 9 Peabody Awards while working as the executive producer for 60 Minutes. Don left behind his wife, Marilyn Berger and four children.

Dirth Dancing Remake?

Lionsgate has announced they intend to remake of the 1987 classic Dirty Dancing, The company was the reason for the sequel, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights.

King Of Pop's Doc. To Be Charged.

According to Fox News Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be facing manslaughter charges in the next two weeks. Authorities are waiting for one more search warrant, which is assumed to be executed at an El Lay pharmacy in order to gather more evidence. The district attorney's office is currently collaborating with investigators whether they will allow Murray to surrender where he is staying, in Houston.
