Mel Gibson's DUI Expunged
Tuesday morning a Malibu judge granted Mel Gibson's request to expunge his DUI he received back in July 2006.
He successfully completed his three year probation term and paid his dues.
You may recall Gibson being pulled over in 2006 by police for speeding down the Pacific Coast Highway. He was reportedly so intoxicated he made remarks toward the female officer, and then proceeded to blame the Jews for all the wars, ever.

Beyonce Breaks Her Silence
Beyonce Knowles is finally speaking out about what happened at the MTV VMAs.
If you haven't heard the buzz, Taylor Swift had won 'Best Female Video', which Beyonce was nominated for. Kanye West stormed the stage took the mic and declared Beyonce's video the best video of the year. Beyonce told editor of 'O Magazine':
"Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award,' at the Billboard Awards where she was named 'Woman of the Year'.
"When they didn't call my name, he was, like, completely shocked," Knowles says. "And when he walked on the stage, I was like, 'No, no, no!' and then he spoke, and I was like, 'Oh, no, no, no!'"
Later that night when Knowles won 'Video of the Year', let Taylor Swift "have her moment" and handed the mic over continued, "But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment -- and I didn't have to make an acceptance speech."
After his unforgettable outburst Kanye West apologized many times on his blog, to Taylor and to Jay Leno. Thats when he declared to keep out of the public eye to "analyze how I'm gonna make it through the rest of this life and improve."
He also announced last week that his 'Fame Kills' tour with Lady GaGa has been cancled.

Anna Nicole Suspect In Murder Plot
On Wednesday October 7th, It was released that Anna Nicole Smith was investigated by the FBI for her suspected role in an alleged murder plot against her late husband J. Howard Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall.
Anna Nicole and E. Pierce publicly battled in court for her ex-husband's multi-millions, which is reportedly still being fought over in the state of California after the Supreme Court overturned an appellate decision, stating that she could have the money.
In 2000 the FBI interviewed Anna Nicole about her suspected involvement in a hired murder plot ordered against her late husband's son. She reacted with tears and said she had nothing to do with such a scheme. The FBI concluded that there wasn't enough evidence to investigate the matter further.
In 2006 E. Pierce Marshall died of an infection and in 2007 Anna Nicole died of a prescription drug overdose.

Michael Vick Coming To Your TV
The BET channel is giving Michael Vick his own reality TV show, as of now it is reported that the show is going to be called The Michael Vick Project.
The show will mainly revolve on Vick's comeback to the NFL as a new team mate of the Philadelphia Eagles, and to help his bruised public image after being arrested and charged for dog fighting in 2007.
"I just want people to really get to know me as an individual. What I want to do is change the perception of me. I am a human being. I've made some mistakes in the past, and I wish it had never happened. But it's not about how you fall, but about how you pick yourself up." Vick Says.
Spokesman for PETA Dan Shannon says, "people who abuse animals don't deserve to be rewarded. They shouldn't be given multimillion-dollar contracts…or given the privilege of being a role model."

Jackson's Estate Sues Charity!
The estate of Michael Jackson has slapped the Heal the World Foundation with a lawsuit! According to the legal docs, Jackson's estate is suing the foundation for "improperly using trademarks and Web sites to create the impression they were approved by Jackson to solicit donations." MJ used to run a charity called Heal the World, inspired by the song of the same name from Jackson's 1991 album, Dangerous. The charity, which began in 1992, was done by 2002. Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain say the Heal the World Foundation have committed acts of "infringement and unfair competition… with the intent to cause confusion, mistake and to deceive."

On Lockdown!
Terminator 2 and American History X star Edward Furlong has been placed on lockdown due to suicide threats the actor made to his ex-wife, Rachel Kneeland. Although Edward doesn't know yet, Kneeland wants a restraining order, ordering Furlong to remain at least 100 yards away from Kneeland at all times. According to court documents, Edward has continually been physically abusive to Rachel while battling a severe cocaine and other drug addictions. She states in the documents:
"Edward grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me, made threats of more violence, left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats. He is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."
In the last few days, Furlong sent Kneeland "over 20 messages/text messages in the last 36 hours." She says that he is on lockdown after calling 911 when the actor threatened to kill himself. Rachel said she doesn't want to inform her ex-husband of the restraining order just yet, only because she's worried "he would lose it".

Justin And Jessica SPLIT!
Friends of Justin Timberlake say the singer broke up with his girlfriend of 3 years, Jessica Biel, last month over the phone. Justin told friends that "it's over" between him and Biel, even though other insiders say that they can't be positive the two have split because "with them it's so hot and cold." Apparently Jessica is refusing to give up, with sources saying the actress is in "severe denial and won't accept it".

Audrina's Safe At Last!
Audrina's restraining order against Zachory Loring, Patridge's alleged stalker who sat outside the Hills star's home for a couple of days last summer, has been granted! Extending over the next 3 years. The judge who dealt with her case finds the poems and drawings Loring gifted to Patridge were "quite disturbing" and believes that it's "unfortunate" that people like Audrina, who choose to live in the public for a career, have to "deal" with stalkers.

The Walt Disney Co. has announced today on their website a new campaign for their theme parks in 2010. For 1 million volunteers involved in their HandsOn Network, Disney will honor them by offering a free 1-day admission to any theme park, either at Disneyland or Walt Disney World Resort.
The promotion is being named: "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day”. The deal starts on January 1st. People who are interested can go to their website to look through what volunteer opportunities are available and sign up for any events.

Looks like Dr. feel good was not on Miley's side Tuesday night at her concert in Salt Lake City the poor thing performed reportedly with strep throat. After b-lining off stage during one of her first songs, 7 Things, her manager came out explaining to the audience that she wasn't feeling well and she just needed a moment to recuperate. After a moment or two Miley came back on stage and finished the rest of the show Apparently, she was very thankful of her fans, thanking them for being patient with her when she needed a break. Yes its true Jon has been fired! TLC made the announcement this morning that as of November 2, Jon will no longer be appearing on Jon And Kate Plus 8 and the show will be changed to Kate Plus 8! A source close to the show says: “Given Jon’s recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on."

Accidental Death
The New York City Medical Examiner's office has officially ruled Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's death an accidental drug overdose and revealed that he had a number of drugs in his system at the time of his death. "We've done the testing and investigation in conjunction with the NYPD and in our opinion this was an accidental overdose rather than suicide," Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said on Tuesday to People Mag.

After her sister's wedding on Sunday, Kim Kardashian hopped on a plane to New Orleans in order to visit her ex Reggie Bush. According to E!, the network that airs her reality show, "The wedding made her miss him, so she flew to see him." Reggie's mom also attended the ceremony.
The pair have confirmed their reconciliation after ending their two year relationship in July.

Madonna Makes UK History!

Seth Rogen!
He visits Springfeild! He said it was like "the Holy Grail" to write for the hit show The Simpson's. The show "Homer And The Whopper" kicks off their 21st season this past Sunday. Rogen played a trainer who helps Homer Simpson get into superhero shape to play a charter created by the Comic Book Guy, named "Everyman".
"We wanted to comment on how Hollywood generally ruins these movies. The whole joke is Homer is cast to play a guy who's an everyman and they try to make him into this physically fit guy," Rogen said. He also said now that he has done this, he can "die a happy man".

London Manson Robbed!
The home is owned by Gwen Stephani and while she was on tour with No Doubt in Singapore, her £4 million house was broken into Saturday night.
Although Stefani owns the mansion, it's currently being rented out to Dame Elizabeth Forgan, head of the UK Arts Council, who was not home at the time.
It's being reported that some of Forgan's jewelery is missing and the front door is pretty banged up. Neighbors say they didn't notice that anything was abnormal until 12 hours after the incident occurred after that, police were called. Gwen and her husband, Gavin Rossdale, live on the top floors of the mansion block with their kids Kingston and Zuma. Police say the burglars attempted to reach the family's part of the mansion, but were unsuccessful.

Lohan Needs To Pay Up
Dennis DeSantis, music and porn director let Lindsay Lohan borrow his Maserati, is claiming the actress owes him money and according to PH.com he is considering legal action. Lindsey allegedly owes him $10,260 for the various cars she rented from his company, Specialty Car Craft, back in May. The rentals also needed detailing and towing, which adds to the bill another two thousand dollars, making the total owed $12,310.

The Avenger's Movie
Coming to the big screen in 2012 will be an epic comic book dream: The Avengers movie.
The Avengers is Marvel Comics version of The Justice League, bringing in all the best of the best superheros into one super group. Among the list of crime fighters is Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, and the Incredible Hulk, recently portrayed on the big screen by Edward Norton. Since the announcement that the movie was given the go ahead, fans have wondered if Ed would go green again. The answer is maybe, but not because Ed doesn't want to do it.
He spoke about the issue:
"I just get very busy. You have to deal with the demands of the moment. I tend to keep my head in the thing I'm doing, and I don't speculate or worry too much about what two or three blocks down the thing is gonna be. I know all these things will reveal themselves and work out or not."

Lilly Allen Is A Pirate
PH.com says Lily Allen is a "huge hypocrite" when it comes to her hate of illegal music file sharing because she was contributing to the problem, by having music on her site. Word must have spread to Lilly because those mix tapes with songs she didn't license have disappeared from her website, www.LilyAllenMusic.com.

According to In Touch Weekly, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will be going public come December. The couple will reportedly confirm their relationship in an interview and accompanying photo shoot with Harper's Bazaar. “Rob and Kristen were relatively open about their relationship,” says the mag.

Justin Guarini will marry his high school sweetheart this weekend near their hometown in Pennsylvania. Which he describes as an "intimate family affair." Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi Quaid were arrested after a warrant for their arrests was issued by Santa Babara PD on charges of burglary. Police say, the two have repeatedly walked out on hotel bills without paying. Police caught them in Marfa, Texas, on Thursday afternoon. According to the Sheriff, Randy was assaulting the officers on the scene both verbally and physically and "deputies had to wrestle Evi to the ground as she screamed loudly." Even though they both resisted arrest, no one is pressing any extra charges and officials in Santa Barbara County want them sent back to California ASAP.

More drama to add to the Hills,Kristin Cavallari is not actually dating Justin "Bobby" according to In Touch. Although her rep denies the story, Kristin is actually in a secret relationship with LA businessman Sonny Smith. The insider says:
"Kristin and Sonny are an item, but he knows that she has to pretend to date Justin Bobby if she wants to stay on The Hills. It's a complicated situation" Sonny didn't confirm or deny their relationship, but he said that they "have been friends for awhile" and they "hang out."

Three Dancers Hurt, Without The Show Starting.
Dancing With The Stars contestant Mya has gotten hurt along with two others and was sent to the hospital. She took to her Twitter account to explain:
"Went 2 the hospital late last night 2 get stitches. Deep cut from glass. Only caught 2hours of sleep but feel great. Must be adrenaline." "Nothing to worry about. Just an ugly slice on my finger-not the first time I've had stitches. I'll be just fine. Thanks4the concern."

Blink-182 has announced that $100,000 of the proceeds from their show in Phoenix, AZ, Saturday night will be donated to the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia, as well as the Grossman Burn Center in Sherman Oaks, California. According to the press release, the donation is "being made in recognition of their tremendous care and aid of Travis Barker through his recovery from the 2008 plane crash." The band is hoping their donation will "help these burn centers continue their lifesaving work."

After Madonna's moving speech and Janet's amazing performance in memory of her brother at the VMAS, sources are saying that Madonna and Janet Jackson are planning to do something big together to remember him. The divas had dinner together after the VMAS and allegedly started to make plans for a collaboration. The source reveals:

Today the legal documents were released about the allowance that Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's children would be receiving while his estate is probated. The documents states that the Estate assets "consist of real and personal property exceeding $500 million." although the amounts are subject to change, the four of them will be getting an allowance each month until the estate is probated, which could take 1 or 2 years a source says. The family allowance for Michael's kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket, is $60,000 per month and Katherine Jackson is raking in $26,804 a month.

Bob Saget will be returning to America’s Funniest Home Videos for a special episode celebrating the show's 20th anniversary. Shakira looked amazing! i loved her dress although Pink and the 'she wolf ' had similar dresses. But hello lets talk about Lady GaGa! She looked ... I don't even know. Seemed like she couldn't move, but she didn't have a poker face on tonight kissing her date Kermet The Frog! How cute.
Taylor Swift looked elegant as always rolling in in a horse drawn carrage resebled to Cinderella's carrage.
Kirstin Cavalari just popped up on screen and she said something about the hills wouldnt be the hills with out her...ok.
Greenday looked mighty fine in their usual tiney blazer/tiny suit deal. And the Twilight stars both looked amazing and complimented eachother so much.
The Fame music video premeared tongiht and was pretty cool .. looked like a lot of fun. I'll deffinetly see the movie. The cast looked awesome by the way rockin' the red carpet, very enerjetic.

Transformer Crew Bashes Meagan Fox!
Upon hearing Meagan Fox's bashing over Transformers director Michael Bay, three crew members from the Bay film have came to defend the director with a long open letter to Bay's fans, that completely trashes the Transformers star.
In case you've forgotten, Fox had called the Transformers director "like Hitler" and Napoleon, and that he's a "nightmare" to work for in a recent interview.
Letter:

This is an open letter to all Michael Bay fans. We are three crew members that have worked with Michael for the past ten years. Last week we read the terrible article with inflammatory, truly trashing quotes by the Ms. Fox about Michael Bay. This letter is to set a few things straight.

Yes, Megan has great eyes, a tight stomach we spray with glycerin, and an awful silly Marilyn Monroe tattoo plastered on her arm that we cover up to keep the moms happy.

Michael found this shy, inexperienced girl, plucked her out of total obscurity thus giving her the biggest shot of any young actresses' life. He told everyone around to just trust him on his choice. He granted her the starring role in Transformers, a franchise that forever changed her life; she became one of the most googled and oogled women on earth. She was famous! She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she’s no Angelina. You see, Angelia is a professional.

We know this quite intimately because we’ve had the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox on both Transformers movies. We've spent a total of 12 months on set making these two movies.

We are in different departments; we can’t give our names because sadly doing so in Hollywood could lead to being banished from future Paramount work. One of us touches Megan’s panties, the other has the often shitty job of pulling Ms. Sourpants out of her trailer, while another is near the Panaflex camera that helps to memorialize the valley girl on film.

Megan has the press fooled. When we read those magazines we wish we worked with that woman. Megan knows how to work her smile for the press. Those writers should try being on set for two movies, sadly she never smiles. The cast, crew and director make Transformers a really fun and energetic set. We’ve traveled around the world together, so we have never understood why Megan was always such the grump of the set?

When facing the press, Megan is the queen of talking trailer trash and posing like a porn star. And yes we’ve had the unbearable time of watching her try to act on set, and yes, it's very cringe-able. So maybe, being a porn star in the future might be a good career option. But make-up beware, she has a paragraph tattooed to her backside (probably due her rotten childhood) — easily another 45 minutes in the chair!

So when the three of us caught wind of Ms Fox, pontificating yet again in some publication (like she actually has something interesting to say) blabbing her trash mouth about a director whom we three have grown to really like. She compared working with Michael, to “working with Hitler”. We actually don’t think she knows who Hitler is by the way. But we wondered how she doesn’t realize what a disgusting, fully uneducated comment this was? Well, here let’s get some facts straight.

Say what you want about Michael – yes at times he can be hard, but he's also fun, and he challenges everyone for a reason – he simply wants people to bring their ‘A’ game. He comes very prepared, knows exactly what he wants, involves the crew and expects everyone to follow through with his or her best, and that includes the actors. He’s one of the hardest working directors out there.

He gets the best from his crews, many of whom have worked with him for 15 years. And yes, he’s loyal, one of the few directors we’ve encountered who lowered his fee by millions to keep Transformers in the United States and California, so he could work with his own crew.

Megan says that Transformers was an unsafe set? Come on Megan, we know it is a bit more strenuous then the playground at the trailer park, but you don’t insult one of the very best stunt and physical effects teams in the business! Not one person got hurt!

And who is the real Megan Fox? She is very different than the academy nominee and winning actors we’ve all worked around. She’s as about ungracious a person as you can ever fathom. She shows little interest in the crew members around her. We work to make her look good in every way, but she's absolutely never appreciative of anyone’s hard work. Never a thank you. All the crewmembers have stopped saying hi to Ms. Princess because she never says hello back. It gets tiring. Many think she just really hates the process of being an actress.

Megan has been late to the sets many times. She goes through the motions that make her exude this sense of misery. We’ve heard the A.D’s piped over the radio that Megan won’t walk from her trailer until John Turturro walks first! John’s done seventy-five movies and she’s made two!

Never expect Megan to attend any of the 15 or so crew parties like all the other actors have. And then there's the classless night she blew off The Royal Prince of Jordan who made a special dinner for all the actors. She doesn’t know that one of the grips' daughters wanted to visit their daddy’s work to meet Megan, but he wouldn’t let them come because he told them “she is not nice."

The press certainly doesn’t know her most famous line. On our first day in Egypt, the Egyptian government wouldn’t let us shoot because of a permit problem as the actors got ready in make up at the Four Seasons Hotel. Michael tried to make the best of it; he wanted to take the cast and crew on a private tour of the famous Giza pyramids. God hold us witness, Megan said, "I can’t believe Michael is fucking forcing us to go to the fucking pyramids!" I guess this is the “Hitler guy” she is referring to.

So this is the Megan Fox you don’t get to see. Maybe she will learn, but we figure if she can sling insults, then she can take them too. Megan really is a thankless, classless, graceless, and shall we say unfriendly bitch. It's sad how fame can twist people, and even sadder that young girls look up to her. If only they knew who they're really looking up to.

But ‘fame’ is fleeting. We, being behind the scenes, seen em’ come and go. Hopefully Michael will have Megatron squish her character in the first ten minutes of Transformers 3. We can tell you that will make the crew happy!

Ten Priceless Painting Stolen From L.A. Home
According to perezhilton.com...The theft, which LAPD is calling one of the "largest residential burglaries that has occurred in LA", took place at the home of art collector Richard Weisman, whose 10 paintings from Andy Warhol's Athlete Series were stolen between September 2nd and September 3rd while Weisman was out of town. The lifted paintings include portraits of Muhammad Ali, O.J. Simpson, Chris Evert, Dorothy Hammill, Kareem Abdul Jabar, Pele, Jack Nicklaus and even a portrait of Weisman himself. The LAPD currently have no leads in the case, other than the burglar appears to be "somebody that might have had a little more knowledge about the house and the occupants." Weisman has offered a $1 million reward for the Warhols, and LAPD are almost positive that "at some point [the paintings] will show up."

Audrina Stalked
Zachory Loring(24) showed up to Patridge's LA home on August 26th, posing as a wine delivery man. When Audrina answered the door, Loring handed her a pile of "photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written," dated September 15th - one of which legal docs. say was a drawing of a woman being strangled.
Loring also offered Audrina a beer which he claimed was from his "family's brewery" and demanded she drink it in front of him. Zachory showed up again on August 29th, where surveillance video recorded him "talking to himself" in front of Audrina's home for 7 hours. Finally, when Loring showed up on Ceiling Eyes' doorstep for the third time on August 30th, wearing a suit and tie. Patridge's stalker was arrested by LAPD for trespassing (as well as other warrants for his arrest), but was released the next day on $15,000 bail.
Her lawyer states: “I can confirm that Audrina Patridge filed a restraining order against an overzealous fan,” her rep confirmed in a statement to E!News. “Audrina and her family have no relationship with this person.”
“Ms. Patridge is in great fear of returning to her home and is currently staying outside of Los Angeles County due to her fear for her personal and physical safety,” her attorney wrote in the restraining order petition.

It's not only the paparazzi that folks on the set of the new Twilight movie it's also all the people on set. They are trying to keep photographs of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and the rest of the gang off the Internet. Tisha Campbell-Martin welcomes her second son into the world. They named the early arrival baby Ezekiel Czar Martin on Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. in LA. The little tyke who wasn't due until the 21st of this month, weighed 9 lbs., 9 oz and is 23 inches long. Ezekiel now joins new big brother Xen (8) at home.

Welcome Back Captain EO
Who is Captain EO? Well Captain EO was a 17 minute long 3D space adventure created especially for the Disney parks, starring Michael Jackson and directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
MJ fans have urged Disney to return the attraction in memory of the king of pop.
According to Perezhilton.com Disney officials are planning the return of EO to the park this January. Official word of the re-opening should be spreading on Sept. 10th.

Oldest Jonas Brother, Kevin Jonas (21) surprised his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa (22) by showing up at her NJ doorstep Wednesday morning dropping to his knee and popping the question. Kevin told PEOPLE "She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row." The ring was designed by Kevin with Jacob & Co. and was a cushion-cut diamond ring.

Tila Drank Too Much Tequilia?
Yesterdays reports of Tila Tequilia calling the cops on her boyfriend San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman to have him arrested for allegidly "choking" her, has a new twist.
His lawyer speaks out:
"On September 6, 2009, the San Diego Sheriffs Department responded to a citizens complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided. We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California. There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriffs Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers."

"Nun On The Run"
According to Perez a woman was arrested for driving drunk and hitting a tree in Wantagh, NY, on Tuesday ... you're probably saying "so.. that happens all the time" well this woman goes by the name of, Sister Lauren M. Hanley.
A spiritual development director for her church, Sister Lauren told police she started drinking at the church at around 3pm and when she was pulled over at around 6:30pm, police found of bottle of opened liquor in the car.
The nun ended up having a blood alcohol level of 0.18 and was promptly brought in on two misdemeanors charges, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, and one infraction for driving an un-inspected vehicle.

Jackson's Burial Arrival
The Jackson's have set up a private burial for Michael, but they will be picked up this afternoon from their Encino home and taken to Forest Lawn for the burial in five stretch Rolls Royce Phantoms. The Jacksons are regular customers and so the company let them rent at a discount rate.

New Single From Leona Lewis!
British artist Leona Lewis is set to release the first single off her new album, Echo. The single entitled Happy, was co-written by Leona and writer/producer Ryan Tedder, who also helped her write/produce her first hit single, Bleeding Love. The song is set to be released on Sept. 15th on Itunes and the album will hit stores on Nov. 17th - worldwide!

Woman Beater Sentenced
Chris Brown and his lawyer requested that his sentencing for beating Rihanna be pushed up from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon (today). This had come after the sentencing that was already postponed earlier this month when the "judge learned that authorities in Virginia, where Brown wants to serve probation, hadn't yet agreed to a probation plan." A judge has just sentenced Brown to five years' probation and six months of physical labor including cleaning up grafiti and washing cars. Also he has to attend an anger management program. Brown was also warned he could be sent to state prison if he violated any terms of his sentence for the next five years.

Cops Called To Moaklers House
Travis Barker was asked by the cops to leave the home of his ex-wife Shanna Moakler's on Monday in Rhode Island. According to PH.com the argument was over a nanny Travis wanted to stay with the kids while they were with their mom, which Shanna refused. On the other hand Travis's Twitter page has a different story. Travis explains:"Would u leave your kids at a house where a child molesters(Rick Sinnott) car was present? Me neither. The REAL reason the cops were involved yesterday."Along with the Tweet was a picture of Rick's license plate, acting as proof that Rick was at the house when Travis arrived. Child Molester?heres the story: Rick Sinnott is Shanna's uncle, and alleged convicted child molester according to Travis, and Barker has made it clear he doesn't want his kids in the presence of this man. Shanna has denied that he is a child-molester.

Kiss Is Back For 35!
2009 marks the 35th anniversary of legendary rockers KISS,According to PH.com the band is hitting the road in celebration! Ryan Jenkins Found Dead
According to People.com the search for killer Ryan Kenkins was found dead in his hotel room at Thunderbird Motel in Hope, British Columbia, near Vancouver.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Federal Border Integrity Unit say it's believed the 32-year-old, who is a native of Canada, took his own life. "We aren't releasing that cause of death at this time," Sgt. Duncan Pound tells people mag. "What we're prepared to say is that the preliminary evidence at this time appears to be a suicide." Police also say he was found by hotel staff and was identified by fingerprints.
Ryan murdered his ex wife Jasmine Fiore a former model, cut off all ten fingers and pulled out all of her teeth and stuffed her in a suitcase. Her dismembered body was identified by her serial numbers on her breast implants.

Theives Sentensed!
The men who stole the memory stick with photos of Prince William and girlfriend Kate Middleton on vacation have been sentenced with 100 hours of community service as well as $200 in court fees.
Charlie Ewins and Leon Sesay, who claimed to have found the memory stick "in a gutter", were offered over $40,000 by UK tabloid The Sun for the snapshots in August of 2008.
When the thrives demanded double for the pics from the royal vacation on a Caribbean island, the folks at The Sun reported the thieves to the police. "You are essentially fools for whom things have spiralled out of control," stated the legal counsel during last week's trial.

\Problems For Playboy
Hugh Hefner's ex-wife and mother of his two songs, Kimberly Conrad is suing her former husband for over $5 mil! Although Conrad and Hef were never legally divorced, Hugh agreed to a prenuptial agreement which has been giving money to Kim for years now and allowed the former Mrs. Hefner to reside in the house next to the infamous Playboy mansion with their two sons for the past 10 years. Hef decided to put Conrad's house on the market this year and threw the prenup out the window, telling Kimberly that she had nine months to vacate the premises. Conrad is now suing Hef for more than $5 million for breaking the amendment added to the prenup after the separation.

Kobe Bryant + Housekeeper = Lawsuit
Kobe Bryant's former housekeeper Maria Jimenez has slapped Bryant and his wife with a major lawsuit! But the Bryant's have filed legal papers calling their former employee out.
Jimenez has filed a suit against her former employers stating Kobe's wife Vanessa was "incredibly abusive and disrespectful" to her, constantly screaming at Jiminez and even making her "put her hand in a bag of dog feces to retrieve a tag from her blouse."
In the legal documents filed with the court, Bryant says Jimenez's allegations are completely false, they state that they paid their former housekeeper $50k a year, "lavished her with gifts" and gave her paid vacation time to visit her family in Peru.

Great News For Twilight Fans
Recently casted Boo Boo Stewart who is playing Seth Clearwater, the youngest boy in the werewolf pack ha spilled the beans in a recent interview that as far as he knows, the big wigs are planning on five total Twilight movies. So three more after New Moon comes out.
With only four books, that suggests two options. The more likely option is that the final novel, Breaking Dawn, will be turned into two films, something that author, Stephenie Meyer has suggested. The second, more exciting option, could be that a whole new story may be in the works for another film/book.

Gene Simmons: Kiss, Now Movies??
Gene Simmons has signed on to voice the title character in the upcoming animated flick The Wolf Man. The film also stars Anthony Hopkins and Benecio Del Toro. Simmons says "The original Wolfman starred Lon Chaney Jr., son of the legendary Lon Chaney Sr. Chaney Sr. was called Man Of 1,000 Faces, and for me was a pivotal figure in my childhood," explained Simmons. "So much so, that I wrote a song called Man of 1,000 Faces on my 1978 solo album, and my production company was also called Man of 1,000 Faces in homage to Chaney."

Bastards Scoring Big!
Get your mind out of the gutter, Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds is expected to bring in $35 million at the U.S. box office sales over the course of the weekend, according PH.com. This will save The Weinstein Company (production company for Bastards) from sliding into bankruptcy!
Critics anticipated the film, starring Brad Pitt, to tank at the box office considering Tarantino's last film, Grindhouse was a total flop and Basterds was less-than-well received at this year's Cannes Film Festival.

JoJo's Blogging About Her Drama
JoJo will be suing her record label, Da Family Entertainment, to be let out of her contract + $500k in damages for putting her in "musical limbo," so to say.
Da Family Entertainment has refused to release her from her contract, but won't let the her put out a new album.
JoJo has taken it to her offical blog to discuss the matters and clear up any rumors floating around.

"When I sat down to write this blog I turned on one of my favorite albums, Jill Scott's "Who is Jill Scott?", thinking it might mellow me out, calm me down, and give me the focus to articulate all that I want to say. After all, for me, music has the power to change my mood and help me through every time in my life. Music can/will/has/does make me happy/sad/mad/passionate/energetic/etc. Music is my life. The thought of not being able to express myself through music is devastating to me!

Recently I had to make one of the toughest decisions in my career thus far. It's a long drawn out story, but I wont bore you with all the gory details… lol.

For the past year and a half I've been diligently cooperating with my record label(s) so I can have the opportunity to continue with my career and do what I love the most; create music and sing. I've been a patient team player and have done everything that was asked and/or expected of me. As you may already know, my record company has been going through a major transition and unfortunately all of the artists on the label have been forced to sit on the sidelines and wait. I exhausted every option and exercised much patience before reaching my final decision to file a formal complaint with the court.

My situation is a bit a-typical. It is not a case where the artist loves the material they are making, is set in his or her ways, will not take direction or advice, and will not cooperate with the label. This is NOT the case at all. I've been blessed to receive great feedback from the record company in response to the music I've been delivering. But unfortunately I have become a victim of industry politics that honestly have nothing to do with me personally or professionally. Because of this, I am willing to fight for what I love and ultimately for the chance to regain control of my livelihood and my life.

I cant wait for the day when I can share the music that me and the album's contributors have created. I am so anxious to get back to what really matters. I didn't get into this industry for anything else other than my absolute passion for and love of MUSIC. At 12 years old when my mom and I signed the contracts, I could never have imagined that there would be so many other, far less attractive aspects to this business. However, at the end of the day I hold no animosity towards my record company(s). I learned from an early age that this is a business and it is NOT personal.

I love and appreciate every single person who has stuck by me and supported me through these trying times, particularly my fans. I love you guys so much and I couldn't get through this without you. As I've mentioned in previous blogs, I really look forward to speaking more candidly about this time in my life and most importantly, delivering the music that has taken such a long time to come out. I will not rest until my goals are actualized.

New Interview Surfaces, Lennon Bashes Beatles!
The Beatles are arguably the greatest band to ever live, but the secret behind their split has never been fully understood and for years has been very hush hush, until now. A previously unreleased audio interview with Rolling Stone with band member John Lennon has now surfaced, and it reveals tension between him and Paul McCartney. In the interview, John comments on feeling "sick" over selling out as a band as well as being "fed up" playing sidekick to Paul McCartney and that feeling was mutual for Ringo Starr and George Harrison. John also had a problem on how his band-mates treated his wife, Yoko Ono. He said, "They despised her… It seemed I had to be happily married to them or Yoko, and I chose Yoko…George insulted her right to her face and I didn't hit him, I don't know why. Ringo (Starr) was alright but the other two really gave it to us. I'll never forgive 'em." But ultimately, Lennon suggests the Beatles break-up was a long time coming. It took two years, but David Copperfield's people are finally speaking out about the rape allegations. Don't know the story well, in 2007 a Seattle woman who claimed the magician raped her while she was vacationing on a private island the Bahamas. Many claimed the serious allegations were false and Copperfield and his attorneys were said to have been fully cooperating with authorities. But according to PH.com the lady is back and David and his people have had enough. So a website has just launched, CopperFieldSetsTheRecordStraight.com, and in it they're exposing the woman for what they think she is, a lair.

Meagan Wants A Millionaire Killer!
Ryan Alexander Jenkins, the VH1 reality star on Meagan Want's a Millionaire and former husband of murdered Jasmine Fiore. According to murcurynews.com the nude body of 28-year-old Fiore, a former swimsuit model and coordinator of Playboy's "Girls of Golf," was found Saturday in a trash bin behind a Buena Park apartment complex, police in that Orange County city said. Authorities also said Preliminary autopsy results indicate she was strangled. Thursday afternoon, Buena Park Police held a press conference and revealed a horrific detail on the murder, that Fiore's fingers and teeth had been removed before she was stuffed into a 2-foot by 3-foot gray suitcase. Sgt. Shawn Morgan said he could not comment on whether that was done before or after her death. As of 4:45 p.m., he said Jenkins was not in custody. "He is considered armed and dangerous at this point in time," Morgan said.

Even though it's a year away Oprah Winfrey is planning her 10th anniversary of O Mag. And to Oprah it's go big, or go home she's having this big blow out in May at the Radio City Music Hall and there is talk that the media will close down part of the West Side Highway for a charity event.
My Take: what is she planning that they have to close down a highway in NYC?!

Nickelodeon Theme Park In The Works!
According to PH.com, Nickelodeon has partnered up with Southern Star Amusement and the city of New Orleans to create their first ever water theme park called Nickelodeon Universe New Orleans. Southern Star will construct the park with brands licensed from Nickelodeon. Looks like they'll have characters from some of their top shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer throughout the park. There will also be rides, characters in costumes, games, food, shops and more. The water park will actually take up 65 acres and a spot that was formerly Six Flags. Construction is set to begin later this year, and they're hoping to open their doors by the end of 2010.

Twins Called Mommy And Kate Called Cops.
Last week, we reported that Kate Gosselin called the cops after arriving at her shared Pennsylvania home with Jon Gosselin and was denied entry.The vague story that Jon told to his friends and the paparazzi was that, Kate had a problem with Jon and the babysitter, Stephanie Santoro, and he pretty much told her to butt out. Well, turns out according to perezhilton.com their two oldest daughters twins Mady and Cara called mommy for help. Allegedly they were very uncomfortable with how "touchy-feely" their father was getting with the babysitter, so they called their mom in a panic to help them. Mj's dad Joe Jackson is said to be laid to rest on what would have been his 51st birthday. He also said it will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills at 10 a.m. on August 29th.

Lily Allen cried her way through her performance in Helsinki, Finland last night.
She was said to be in a lot of pain from falling and injuring her back the night before.

Phelps In Trouble ... Again?
We all know eight time gold medalist Michael Phelps got into a car accident on Thursday in Maryland. Even though the other driver Amanda E. Virkus, ran the red light and was at fault for the accident. Phelps admitted to the police he downed a beer before the crash, it took him one hour and fifteen minutes to drink that beer.
Police later then ruled out alcohol because Phelps had "no signs of alcohol impairment." without giving Phelps a sobriety test. But was charged with a citation because he was driving with an invalid drivers license.

Ashlee's Public Fight Sends Pete Out The Door.
Ashlee Simpson instigated a fight with hey hubby Pete Wentz on Saturday night, his 'big night'.
Wentz had just performed with his band earlier at the Blink 182 concert in Chicago, his hometown show. Then, Wentz went to celebrate the one year anniversary of his bar, Angels & Kings in NYC.
Many sources say Ashlee got so belligerently drunk and then proceeded to drink more. One source says Pete was in the DJ booth when Ashlee "came up completely wasted and yells at him to leave. Mark Wahlbergh Sent To The Hospital.
Wahlberg was working on the set of his new film, The Fighter, on Thursday night when Mark accidentally inhaled a large amount of smoke from a smoke machine being used for atmosphere.When Mark woke up on Friday morning, he was "gasping for breath", so the actor was rushed to the Massachusetts General Hospital where Wahlberg was hooked up to a breathing machine to clear up his lungs. He surprisingly returned to work the same day.

As we said yesterday Kourtney Kardashian is in fact prego! and the father is her on again off again boyfriend Scott Disick. She also mentioned that they are back together. Later in the day she had an interview with raido host Ryan Seacrest where she said "There's so many times I'll forget to take my pill. I've done that several times and never really thought about it…I know, it's stupid."
When asked how Scott reacted when he found out the news she said "He was like way more like excited than I was. Like he definitely wasn't as nervous and scared."
The subject of marriage came up and Kardashian added "I don't know. We've talked about it, but I feel like there's so much going on that I like can't even go there."

Octo-mom Hospitalized again!
Nadya Suleman AKA Octo-mom is in the hospital again for unknown reasons. A close source says "this is not a big deal and Nadya should be back on her feet in a few days," but would not tell what her condition was.
It Could be stress related to her due to the anticipation of her two-hour TV special airing next week.
Or it could be another plastic surgery operation? Lets remind ourselves that in May of this year she went under the knife for several minor procedures.

After Kate's interview on Today Jon decided it was his turn to tell all, but only said "Kate is the mother of my children. I only wish her the best." After that he quickly canceled his interview with E! news. After he canceled they invited ex girlfriend and ex tabloid reporter Kate Major. Who had the some words of choice calling him a "lair" and a "two-timer". After bashing their plans of living together. Jon bounced right back stating "I'm glad she's out of my life."

Channing's Naughty Past

A video from US leaked from Chan Crawford getting intense in a strip club. So who is Chan Crawford? well Channing Tatum of course! The current G.I. Michael Jackson Can Finally Rest in Peace

After weeks of speculation regarding the burial site, Michael Jackson has been laid to rest. The King of Pop was buried in an unmarked plot at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills over the weekend.

According to a cemetery source, the Jackson family and Forest Lawn management are the only people who know the location of the grave. Even the staff of the mortuary do not know the whereabouts of his burial.

The source said: "The fear is that thousands of Jackson fans will descend on the cemetery and damage or deface the grave,"

Plans have also been made so if the grave site is discovered, M.J's body will be moved. It is said that he was buried next to his grandmother Martha Bridges who passed in 1990

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and wife Maria Shriver are currently in Massachusetts at the hospital bedside of Shriver's mother, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, sister to the late President John F. Kennedy.The 88-year-old Eunice is reported to be in the ICU unit of a Barnstable hospital, where she is in "critical but stable condition."

Family spokes person says: "Her entire family is with her — her husband, all her children and her grandchildren. The family is grateful for the prayers of her many friends."

Jon minus Kate & 8
So in PEOPLE mag. Kate reveals she still believes Jon still cares for her a lot and still has feelings for her. She supposedly said in the interview with People mag.
"I think Jon just needs to spend time to himself," Major wistfully suggests. "I mean, there are many days that I wish that I talked to him in person instead of over the phone."
Kate also reveals that she has to sadly except it by saying this:
"But that's just the way it has to be right now, so if we're better off as friends and that means that people kinda leave him alone and just let him be the dad that he wants to be, then I'm willing to do that for him."

My take:Could it be a mid-life crisis?!?! Jon, games cant be played when your married and have 8 kids, It doesn't work like that you should have gotten that out when you were in high school!

Coldplay = no play
Coldplay has postponed their concert at the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa this Sunday due to "artist-related medical reasons." There is an official statement on the band's website stating:

"We're sorry to report that Coldplay have been forced to postpone their show at the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa on Sunday, August 9th.
This is due to medical reasons.
The show is currently being rescheduled - we'll give you the new details as soon as we have them.
In the meantime, the band have asked us to apologies on their behalf for the inconvenience this causes."

My Take: no clue.

Partners call it quits
'Dancing With the Stars' partners Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough are no longer partners... in anything anymore. The Breakup was told on twitter by both the ' American Pie' star and the ex. The tweets were the same, word -for-word on each of their profiles.

"Hi everyone, we wanted you all to know directly from us, that Shannon & I have decided to end our relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend… however, we love and care about eachother very much and will reamin [sic] friends and in eachothers [sic] lives."

My take: good thing they told us... otherwise I don't think anyone would have noticed.

Posh Spice in Paula's Place?
Victoria Beckham flew into Denver for the first round of 'American Idol' on Friday, and according to inside sources she didn't bring her A-game.
Production assistant said "it didn't go too well" adding "she tried too hard to be nice, but came off icy and wooden."
This years auditioning contestants said they were 'deeply' disappointed when they showed up to the Paula-less audition.

This is my first time blogging EVER! I wanted to try it out to see what all the fuss is about. It seems pretty fun! A little about me before I start doing my thing... I am in the media business I studied to be a News Anchor/ Reporter. I love to write and whatnot. Secretly I am hoping this will boost something in my career, who knows! But I am trying everything.
I recently started answering questions on Yahoo! Answers, and realized I'm pretty good at giving advice! I like the fact that I can give advice, tell the truth and tell people how it is, and they take it all in stride! Back to my career I would love to report on entertainment news, its fun and you can be yourself while talking about it, more conversational towards your audience.
Anyway it's extremely early for me I got only three hours of sleep. Story: My boyfriend and I went out to a friends surprise going away party, we were there till around 1:30am so we left I ended up leaving with a sore throat and smelling like the end of a stale cigarette butt. I was the driver like usual, not a big deal. But my boyfriend who had to work at 7am falls right to sleep, while on the other side of the bed I'm laying there playing bingo on my phone trying to fall asleep. I finally get to sleep at around (guessing) 3ish and I wake up at 6:30 with my boyfriend and couldn't get back to sleep! TERRIBLE I KNOW!

So anyway I'm going to try this thing next time I blog. Since I like to write and talk about myself like every other girl, I figure I'll put up a news post from the entertainment point. Seems like fun.
