Mel Gibson's DUI ExpungedTuesday morning a Malibu judge granted Mel Gibson's request to expunge his DUI he received back in July 2006.
He successfully completed his three year probation term and paid his dues.
You may recall Gibson being pulled over in 2006 by police for speeding down the Pacific Coast Highway. He was reportedly so intoxicated he made remarks toward the female officer, and then proceeded to blame the Jews for all the wars, ever.

Beyonce Breaks Her Silence
Beyonce Knowles is finally speaking out about what happened at the MTV VMAs.
If you haven't heard the buzz, Taylor Swift had won 'Best Female Video', which Beyonce was nominated for. Kanye West stormed the stage took the mic and declared Beyonce's video the best video of the year. Beyonce told editor of 'O Magazine':
"Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award,' at the Billboard Awards where she was named 'Woman of the Year'.
"When they didn't call my name, he was, like, completely shocked," Knowles says. "And when he walked on the stage, I was like, 'No, no, no!' and then he spoke, and I was like, 'Oh, no, no, no!'"
Later that night when Knowles won 'Video of the Year', let Taylor Swift "have her moment" and handed the mic over continued, "But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment -- and I didn't have to make an acceptance speech."
After his unforgettable outburst Kanye West apologized many times on his blog, to Taylor and to Jay Leno. Thats when he declared to keep out of the public eye to "analyze how I'm gonna make it through the rest of this life and improve."
He also announced last week that his 'Fame Kills' tour with Lady GaGa has been cancled.

Anna Nicole Suspect In Murder Plot
On Wednesday October 7th, It was released that Anna Nicole Smith was investigated by the FBI for her suspected role in an alleged murder plot against her late husband J. Howard Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall.
Anna Nicole and E. Pierce publicly battled in court for her ex-husband's multi-millions, which is reportedly still being fought over in the state of California after the Supreme Court overturned an appellate decision, stating that she could have the money.
In 2000 the FBI interviewed Anna Nicole about her suspected involvement in a hired murder plot ordered against her late husband's son. She reacted with tears and said she had nothing to do with such a scheme. The FBI concluded that there wasn't enough evidence to investigate the matter further.
In 2006 E. Pierce Marshall died of an infection and in 2007 Anna Nicole died of a prescription drug overdose.

Michael Vick Coming To Your TV
The BET channel is giving Michael Vick his own reality TV show, as of now it is reported that the show is going to be called The Michael Vick Project.
The show will mainly revolve on Vick's comeback to the NFL as a new team mate of the Philadelphia Eagles, and to help his bruised public image after being arrested and charged for dog fighting in 2007.
"I just want people to really get to know me as an individual. What I want to do is change the perception of me. I am a human being. I've made some mistakes in the past, and I wish it had never happened. But it's not about how you fall, but about how you pick yourself up." Vick Says.
Spokesman for PETA Dan Shannon says, "people who abuse animals don't deserve to be rewarded. They shouldn't be given multimillion-dollar contracts…or given the privilege of being a role model."
