Audrina Stalked
Zachory Loring(24) showed up to Patridge's LA home on August 26th, posing as a wine delivery man. When Audrina answered the door, Loring handed her a pile of "photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written," dated September 15th - one of which legal docs. say was a drawing of a woman being strangled.
Loring also offered Audrina a beer which he claimed was from his "family's brewery" and demanded she drink it in front of him. Zachory showed up again on August 29th, where surveillance video recorded him "talking to himself" in front of Audrina's home for 7 hours. Finally, when Loring showed up on Ceiling Eyes' doorstep for the third time on August 30th, wearing a suit and tie. Patridge's stalker was arrested by LAPD for trespassing (as well as other warrants for his arrest), but was released the next day on $15,000 bail.
Her lawyer states: “I can confirm that Audrina Patridge filed a restraining order against an overzealous fan,” her rep confirmed in a statement to E!News. “Audrina and her family have no relationship with this person.”
“Ms. Patridge is in great fear of returning to her home and is currently staying outside of Los Angeles County due to her fear for her personal and physical safety,” her attorney wrote in the restraining order petition.

Photos On Twilight Set Banned!
It's not only the paparazzi that folks on the set of the new Twilight movie it's also all the people on set. They are trying to keep photographs of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and the rest of the gang off the Internet. Michael Sheen, who plays Volturi leader Aro, wasn't permitted to take shots on set. He says:
"I remember someone whose job was containment and I thought: 'What does that actually mean? Does that mean stopping people from getting on the set?And it wasn't, it was to stop people on the set taking pictures and sending them out."
PREGO ALERT! Tom Brady has finally confirmed that he and wife Gisele Bundchen are expecting! Brady shared the news with SportsCenter's Chris Berman, for an interview scheduled to air on ESPN Sunday. He says that Gisele's due date is in December, and has warned the supermodel turned expecting mama about giving birth during the football season! Tom joked with Berman,"I told her… no Sundays."
Tila TaLier? UPDATE
San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman will not be charged for the incident involving himself and former girlfriend Tila Tequila last weekend. Tila alleged that she had been "choked and restrained" by the football star on Sunday morning, according to the citizen's arrest form.
District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis has released an official statement, claiming there's not enough evidence to charge Merriman with a crime.
D.A. Dumanis: "Our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. This case is now closed. No further comment will be made."
