Jackson's Estate Sues Charity!
The estate of Michael Jackson has slapped the Heal the World Foundation with a lawsuit! According to the legal docs, Jackson's estate is suing the foundation for "improperly using trademarks and Web sites to create the impression they were approved by Jackson to solicit donations." MJ used to run a charity called Heal the World, inspired by the song of the same name from Jackson's 1991 album, Dangerous. The charity, which began in 1992, was done by 2002. Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain say the Heal the World Foundation have committed acts of "infringement and unfair competition… with the intent to cause confusion, mistake and to deceive."


On Lockdown!
Terminator 2 and American History X star Edward Furlong has been placed on lockdown due to suicide threats the actor made to his ex-wife, Rachel Kneeland. Although Edward doesn't know yet, Kneeland wants a restraining order, ordering Furlong to remain at least 100 yards away from Kneeland at all times. According to court documents, Edward has continually been physically abusive to Rachel while battling a severe cocaine and other drug addictions. She states in the documents:
"Edward grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me, made threats of more violence, left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats. He is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."
In the last few days, Furlong sent Kneeland "over 20 messages/text messages in the last 36 hours." She says that he is on lockdown after calling 911 when the actor threatened to kill himself. Rachel said she doesn't want to inform her ex-husband of the restraining order just yet, only because she's worried "he would lose it".


Justin And Jessica SPLIT!
Friends of Justin Timberlake say the singer broke up with his girlfriend of 3 years, Jessica Biel, last month over the phone. Justin told friends that "it's over" between him and Biel, even though other insiders say that they can't be positive the two have split because "with them it's so hot and cold." Apparently Jessica is refusing to give up, with sources saying the actress is in "severe denial and won't accept it".


Audrina's Safe At Last!
Audrina's restraining order against Zachory Loring, Patridge's alleged stalker who sat outside the Hills star's home for a couple of days last summer, has been granted! Extending over the next 3 years. The judge who dealt with her case finds the poems and drawings Loring gifted to Patridge were "quite disturbing" and believes that it's "unfortunate" that people like Audrina, who choose to live in the public for a career, have to "deal" with stalkers.
